I had three sessions with Sophie and honestly couldn’t recommend her highly enough! From the moment I met her, I felt completely comfortable and at ease. She is incredibly knowledgeable and has such a beautiful ability to explain things in a way that is easy to understand.
She is warm, empathetic and intuitive, and I always felt truly heard and supported. She held such a safe space for me, while also bringing plenty of humour and making the sessions relaxed and enjoyable. It was a lovely experience, and I’m so grateful I found her. I walked away from each session feeling supported and with a deeper understanding of myself.

I had the privilege of doing a kinesiology session with Sophie during a retreat in Bali, and I truly can’t recommend her enough. She created such a safe, grounded space that allowed me to work through some deeply confronting emotions and experiences that I had been holding onto for a long time. Sophie’s gentle presence, intuition and compassion made it possible to navigate some really difficult things with a sense of safety and trust. Beyond her incredible skill as a kinesiologist, Sophie is one of the most genuine, kind-hearted and beautiful souls. She has a calming energy that immediately puts you at ease and it’s so clear how deeply she cares for her clients.

I honestly can’t recommend Sophie enough!
Kinesiology was a completely new experience for me. I’m quite open-minded, so I was really interested to give it a go when it was recommended to me, although I honestly wasn’t sure what to expect. After my first session with Sophie, I was completely blown away. I’ve found kinesiology to be so different from a more traditional approach and, personally, much more helpful for me. I find it amazing how it works with the body and gives you another way to explore what might be going on within you, especially when you can’t always put things into words or fully understand how you’re feeling yourself. It has opened my mind to a completely different way of understanding and supporting my wellbeing.

Sophie has been incredible to work with, I cannot speak highly enough of her. I’ve loved having the consistent sessions, each one allowing me to go deeper within and realign parts of me that have been neglected for some time. They have opened my eyes to new perspectives, taught me to listen closely to my intuition, and given me the space to find answers to questions I never knew I had. Without fail, I walk away feeling more grounded within myself, more confident, and honestly just happier.

Sophie has such a unique gift, if you have the opportunity, I would highly recommend spending some time with her.

Working with Sophie has been such a beautiful and transformative experience. Through our sessions, I've gained a much deeper understanding of myself, particularly learning to recognise what a true yes and no feels like in my body and how to trust my intuition.

We've worked through so many childhood wounds, old patterns and emotions I didn't even realise I was holding onto. I've had some really powerful breakthroughs that have helped me reconnect with myself and approach life with so much more clarity and self-trust.

I'm so grateful for the safe, nurturing space Sophie creates and the healing she's guided me through. I couldn't recommend her enough!
